CHANGE STARTS NOW.

Our Vision

Empowering You.

Empowering Equality.

Empowering Change.

Empowering the Next.

Generation of Changemakers.

The 1972 Project, powered by 72P, honors the long and continuing fight to establish the Equal Rights Amendment and true gender and racial equality in our workplaces and lives.

Empowering the next generation of leaders with knowledge and tools to advance gender and racial equality in the workplace is at the heart of what we do.

Because frankly, it’s long past time to close the wage gap for women and minorities and maximize diversity in our board rooms and legislative offices.

You’ll find all the information, tools, and resources you need to fight gender and racial inequality, and promote a more diverse and inclusive workplace right here.

And through our foundation, we’re also working with young women to teach them financial literacy, negotiation tactics, business skills, and allyship so they can fully step into their power and become the future leaders we already know they are.

Change is LONG overdue but together, we can make big things happen. Get to know us
